The Patient Service Representative 3 (PSR 3) is responsible for a range of administrative tasks essential to the efficient functioning of the medical practice or department.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Basic proficiency in operating standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, fax) is essential.
Ability to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner is crucial.
Skills:
- Capacity to maintain a positive demeanor and deliver excellent customer service in high-pressure situations.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and pleasantly in both verbal and written formats.
