Customer Service Representative

GetInsured is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing technical support to our customers. You will be working from home, which means you will have the flexibility to work in a comfortable and quiet environment that suits your needs.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers
  • Manage customer accounts and provide application data entry
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite

NOTE: Ethernet Connection is not the same as Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders.

Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
