Food Runner/Busser Job Description

Benchmark Hospitality is seeking a skilled Food Runner/Busser to join our team at The Essex Culinary Resort & Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to tables with precision and efficiency
  • Clean and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including daily stocking and cleaning
  • Hand polish china and glassware to ensure a high level of quality
  • Break down side stations at night to prepare for the next day
  • Maintain a crisp and clean uniform to represent the resort
  • Be knowledgeable about all food served in the restaurant to provide excellent service
