Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the smooth operation of our restaurants, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food.
- Monitor and critique food quality and service levels to maintain our high standards.
- Hire, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant staff.
- Forecast and schedule staff according to occupancy levels to ensure optimal service.
- Track payroll and revenue, ensuring accurate financial management.
- Coach and counsel staff to achieve exceptional performance.
- Ensure the physical atmosphere and cleanliness of our restaurants meet our high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with end-of-month inventory.
- Order new products and supplies as needed.
- Attend department head meetings and conferences to stay informed and aligned with our goals.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain profitability through forecasting and staffing.
- Communicate with our Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Restaurants, and General Manager on upcoming events and promotions.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
