About the Role

Ultimate Staffing is seeking highly skilled Customer Care Representatives to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to automotive dealerships, vehicle owners, and third-party organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, investigating and resolving complex problems in a professional and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all correspondence and actions taken regarding customer inquiries in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on applicable warranties, policies, customer service programs, and laws to provide customer support in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with peers and management within the Consumer Affairs Department to ensure goals are met and projects are completed on-time.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Office and Excel.
  • Typing Speed: 65+WPM typing speed.
