Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order-related issues, including tracking and delivery.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
  • Customer Retention: Work to retain customers by providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in customer relationship management software a plus.
