Sales Growth Specialist

Celero Commerce is seeking a skilled Payment Solutions Ambassador to join our Direct Sales team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales strategy, uncovering new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with potential clients. Your mission will be to connect with decision-makers, showcase our payment solutions, and help us grow our revenue while delivering exceptional results.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus performance-based commissions.
Job Description
As a Payment Solutions Ambassador, you'll be responsible for driving sales strategy, uncovering new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with potential clients. Your mission will be to connect with decision-makers, showcase our payment solutions, and help us grow our revenue while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Discover and qualify potential clients through online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Outreach: Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media to showcase our payment solutions.
- Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Master our payment products and services, including their features and benefits.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and document client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the payments or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- A knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
