The State Government Account Executive position is a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for T-Mobile's State and Local Government accounts. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for selling to State and Local accounts, renewing contracts, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving revenue while driving customer retention activity.
Key Responsibilities- New Sales Activities: Utilize contact lists to call leads and generate sales opportunities, exceeding monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals.
- Account Management and Maintenance: Establish and cultivate customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer base, complete customer account maintenance, and provide account analysis to determine up-sell and renewal offers.
- Customer Service: Monitor and resolve customer issues, track individual account activity and results, and provide exceptional service to meet T-Mobile's productivity and quality standards.
- Training and Development: Successfully complete continuous training to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches, and utilize automated knowledge systems and training tools to deliver exceptional service.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Work Experience: 4-7 years Selling to State Government accounts (Preferred), 4-7 years Business Sales Experience (Required), 4-7 years Wireless, telecom, or technical sales experience (Preferred)
- Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes
- Compensation: Total Target Cash Pay Range: $104,400 - $188,400, inclusive of target incentives, Base Pay Range: $62,640 - $113,040
