This critical role will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Disaster Services, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective communication management.

About the Role
This dynamic position involves managing schedules, coordinating events, and overseeing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary liaison and reporting assistant to the EVP.
  • Coordinate schedules for special events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Prepare, review, and manage the EVP's monthly expense reports.
  • Handle daily communication management, including email filtering and voicemail organization.
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for meetings and events.
  • Arrange travel plans for the EVP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Two to four years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in building and manipulating spreadsheets and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
