About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Moreau Physical Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  1. Support Team Members: Provide administrative assistance to the owners, QA/corporate compliance, health and safety, and privacy managers, ensuring they have the resources they need to perform their duties.
  2. Manage Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Coordinate Events: Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and special projects, ensuring that all details are executed to meet the highest standards.
  4. Prepare Documents: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and other documents/manuals as needed, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Develop Training Materials: Organize, edit, and proofread documents and presentations, and assist with recording video tutorials as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
