Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Account Executive to join our team at DeJarnett Sales Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading grocery wholesalers and contribute to the growth of our sales teams.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales and distribution of assigned exclusive brands in the retail sector. You will accomplish the development, implementation, and execution of promotion plans, merchandising programs, and pricing strategies. Your key objectives will include increasing sales revenue, improving market share, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Grow sales and distribution of assigned exclusive brands
* Develop, implement, and execute promotion plans, merchandising programs, and pricing strategies
* Assist with case estimates for upcoming promotions and supplier notification
* Work with manufacturers to obtain mixed pallets, display-ready pallets, and shippers requested by retailers
* Understand competitive pricing and retail gap analysis
* Participate in developing spending levels necessary to support forecasted sales quotas and achievement of market share objectives
* Train and educate territory managers on items and programs under your responsibility

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 5-7 years of sales experience in retail grocery, dairy, frozen, or HBC
* Excellent written, verbal, computer, and listening communication skills
* Resourcefulness in problem-solving
* Ability to plan and carry out several projects concurrently
* Strong basic mathematics skills
* Proficiency in Excel and ability to manipulate and create spreadsheets

Estimated Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
