The Recovery Support Professional II plays a vital role in supporting clients in their residential treatment journey. This position involves facilitating psychoeducational groups, documenting client progress, and coordinating basic needs to ensure a smooth recovery process.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate psycho-educational groups to promote client understanding and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records to track client progress.
- Assist in developing recovery plans and connecting clients with necessary resources, including entitlements and community supports.
- Identify and address barriers to treatment access, ensuring clients receive the support they need to achieve recovery.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field is required.
- Previous experience working with individuals with mental illness or behavioral challenges is preferred.
- Experience with electronic health records is also preferred.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $20.00.
