Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Summary
We are actively seeking a qualified Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to enhance our multi-specialty medical group within the Sleep and Lung/Pulmonary department.
Role Responsibilities
The APP will provide specialized care for patients with Sleep and Pulmonary conditions. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough evaluations and managing patient care.
- Providing follow-up consultations and medication management.
- Implementing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians based on individual patient needs.
- Managing electronic medical records using eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications
- Valid licensure, education, and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state.
- Credentialing with appropriate insurance prior to patient care.
- Board Certification or eligibility is required.
- Preferred experience: 2-3 years, though new providers are welcome.
- Preferred specialties include Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary, and Primary Care.
