Exciting Opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Position Summary
We are actively searching for a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to enhance our multi-specialty medical group, focusing on the Sleep and Lung/Pulmonary department.
Role Responsibilities
The APP will deliver specialized patient care in the Sleep and Pulmonary fields, which includes but is not limited to patient evaluation, management, follow-up care, medication oversight, and the execution of treatment plans in collaboration with physicians based on individual patient needs. Proficiency in EMR charting is required, specifically using eClinicalWorks.

Essential Qualifications:
- Valid licensure, education, and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.
- Necessary insurance credentialing prior to patient interaction.
- Board Certification or eligibility is required.
- Preferred experience of 2-3 years, though new providers are welcome to apply.
- Preferred specialties include Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary, and Primary Care.
