Job Overview

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Service Representative is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. This role involves offering creative solutions for unique celebratory occasions and selling our delicious cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Engagement: Promptly greet walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine their interests and needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake distinction, size, and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.
  • Sales and Service: Suggest additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration. Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
  • Bakery Maintenance: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
  • Team Support: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Compliance: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
