Salary: The hourly wage for this position is $15.00 to $22.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Job Description: As a Meat Cutter and Wrapper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive high-quality meat products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicating with team members and being flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance. Cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat products according to established standards.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
  • Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas according to company policies and procedures. Ensure quality and date control standards for meat products, secure fragile merchandise, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area, modeling high-quality service and products, executing the basics at the highest possible level of quality, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
