Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the short-term planning of finished goods utilizing the SAP Planning Module Evaluate the necessary production strategy and collaborate with essential stakeholders to verify material availability Coordinate with New Product Commercialization (NPC) to establish the supply strategy for product launches Review and implement scheduling while considering inventory policies and strategies Allocate filling tasks across designated work centers to maximize equipment efficiency Confirm the schedule with the production team, make required adjustments, challenge execution when necessary, and secure commitment to the schedule Monitor execution progress, expedite, modify, and reprioritize as needed Communicate execution status to the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) team

Collaborative Relationships/Key Stakeholders:

Production team for the implementation of the production schedule Material Supply Planning to ensure timely delivery of components Bulk Planning to ensure precise timing and alignment of bulk availability Partnership with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) for SKU prioritization New Product Commercialization (NPC) to synchronize new launches QA/QC to follow up on the release of bulk, components, and finished products

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience At least 8-9 years of experience in a supply planning capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or supplier context in the consumer goods sector. Proficient in IT systems – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant scheduling and forecasting software packages; strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred 6+ years of experience working in an ERP/MRP environment at an advanced level SAP experience is preferred. Comprehensive understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Functions and Linkage In-depth knowledge of capacity management and production control principles Familiarity with production life cycle management Strong grasp of TQM methodology, its applications, and its role in continuous improvement. Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
