Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Programs Manager to support our Industry products by working directly with our Education and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate will be a clinical expert and trainer for our Commercial teams, ensuring alignment of brand objectives and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on therapeutic specialties, including new approvals and developments.
  • Manage the development of Industry sponsored education programs, taking into consideration brand objectives, educational needs, content availability, and program performance.
  • Evaluate existing content to identify gaps and collaborate with Education leads to source new content to fill these gaps.
  • Ensure the incorporation of high-quality video content into programs through review and approval of educational content for relevance, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our Commercial teams to prepare for kick-off calls, Quarterly Business Reviews, and end-of-program assessments, ensuring content readiness and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • PharmD preferred
  • Constant learner with a passion for learning new clinical knowledge and market trends
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for content research and management.
  • Solution-oriented with a proactive attitude towards challenges.
