Join Our Team as a Junior Engineering Project Manager

DEKA Research and Development, a leading innovator in medical devices, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Manchester, NH.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to assist in the development of our groundbreaking medical devices. As a Junior Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily project activities to achieve results, including solving technical challenges and managing resource conflicts
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and technical team leaders to identify, plan, and drive deliverables
  • Helping to define and manage task priorities based on high-level project goals and constraints
  • Collaborating with project team leaders to define and implement process improvements
  • Ensuring an overall level of product quality in line with DEKA's standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a regulated environment (medical preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience with electro-mechanical devices with embedded software
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple activities
  • High energy, drive, commitment, self-initiative, and perseverance to drive projects forward to completion
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to communicate technically with a variety of engineering disciplines
