About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Housekeeping to join our team at The Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
