Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our National Accounts - Dallas, TX team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing service work orders, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and dispatch service work orders within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
* Verify receipt of work orders by subcontractors and confirm scheduled times and dates
* Conduct follow-up calls with subcontractors to confirm completion or update status
* Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding customer and subcontractor interactions
* Respond to incoming phone calls and faxes
* Close service calls in the system upon completion
* Update customer web-based portals
* Acquire necessary materials to complete jobs
* Maintain customer and FSG SLA requirements

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in a call center environment with multiple phone lines and customer service
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to pass a drug and background screen
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Positive customer service skills
* Experience in lighting and electrical a plus
