Job Summary

FSG is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our National Accounts team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for opening, dispatching, and maintaining service work orders within SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and dispatch work orders
  • Verify scheduled time and date of work with subcontractors
  • Call subcontractors 24 hours after scheduled completion date to verify completion or update status
  • Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors
  • Act on all incoming phone calls and faxes
  • Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete
  • Update customer web-based portals
  • Acquire necessary materials to complete the job
  • Effectively manage the dashboard and maintain customer and FSG SLA requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in call center environment with multiple phone lines and customer service
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass drug and background screen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive customer service skills
  • Experience in lighting and electrical a plus
