Role Overview

NuPath, Inc. is a dynamic organization that offers programs and services for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Program Manager to join our team in Woburn, MA.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for coordinating residential activities, assisting with program management, and overseeing staff scheduling.

The successful candidate will have a valid MA or NH Driver's License, be able to work with minimal supervision, and maintain all required certifications.

A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred, but 2 years of experience in the field will be considered in lieu of degree.

Candidates must also have CPR, First Aid, Prevent, and MAP certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Teach daily living skills and administer medications to individuals with disabilities.
  • Train individuals in self-medication procedures and communicate their medical needs to healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate residential activities and assist with program management and operations.
  • Assist the Program Manager with hiring, training, and supervising staff.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified Relief staff and orient/train them as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

NuPath, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $20-22 per year, paid vacation time, medical, dental, and life insurance, tuition reimbursement and remission programs, and a 403(b) retirement plan with company percentage match.
