As a Residential Program Coordinator at NuPath, Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Program Manager in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating relief coverage, maintaining a pool of qualified relief staff, orienting and training relief staff, and overseeing staff scheduling in the absence of the Program Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, they will possess a valid MA or NH driver's license, CPR, First Aid, Prevent, and MAP certification, and have completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field.

Our residential programs provide individuals with the support and resources needed to reach their full potential and become vital members of their communities. As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these programs and the well-being of our participants.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, tuition reimbursement and remission programs, and a 403(b) retirement plan with a company percentage match.
