As a Rehabilitation Program Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our participants have the opportunity to reach their full potential and become integral members of the community.
About the JobThis position requires a strong leader who can coordinate relief coverage, maintain a pool of qualified relief staff, orient/train relief staff & oversee staff scheduling in absence of Program Manager. The successful candidate will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, working study & other student interns, and coordinating residential activities.
A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field is preferred, but 2 years of experience in the field will be considered in lieu of degree. A valid MA or NH Driver's License is also required, along with CPR, First Aid, Prevent, and MAP certification.
Compensation and BenefitsNuPath offers a generous compensation package, including a salary range of $72,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and life insurance, tuition reimbursement and remission programs, and a 403(b) retirement plan with a company percentage match.
