About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Oracle NetSuite. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing NetSuite customers and identifying new sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly quota objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NetSuite customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, consulting, and support, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Participate in the development and presentation of value propositions to customers
  • Liaise with customer contacts to manage customer relationships and identify new opportunities
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling software, hardware, or business services. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

You should also have a strong understanding of cloud-based business operations systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce.
