Territory Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date on new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve our customers' businesses
- Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of B2B sales principles
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
- Competitive pay with uncapped commission
- Commission guarantee period while building book of business
