- Ability to fill out reports, answer routine correspondence, and speak effectively to the public.
- Ability to operate a computer, typewriter, and other basic office equipment.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to converse fluently in both languages.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
