Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant in the Marketing department, you will provide critical support to the System Director of Marketing & Public Relations and the marketing team. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, tracking, and reporting information, as well as maintaining the marketing department's overall calendar to ensure timely execution of programs and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain financial and statistical information, including marketing-related expenses, to track spending and ensure on-budget performance.
  • Assist with the marketing department's programs, campaigns, and events as needed.
  • Provide clerical support, including typing, answering calls, and opening mail.
  • Schedule and prepare agendas for meetings and keep minutes.
  • Handle confidential materials and compose routine correspondence.
Requirements
  • Secretarial and/or administrative experience, preferably in the hospital field in an executive office.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products or similar computer software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Commitment to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
Education and Licensure
  • High School diploma, GED, or higher education required.
  • Prefer a minimum of two years of college or specialized training from a business or secretarial school.
