We're looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Coordinator at Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics. This person will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our patients, from initial contact to treatment completion.

The estimated salary for this position is $59,400 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive pay and bonus structure – starting salary $18/hour and bonuses of up to $800/month* – along with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, presenting post-exam consultations and financing options, conducting audits of patient schedules, and managing diverse teams while handling changing priorities. Requirements include an associate's degree or 3 years management experience, customer service experience, intermediate Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word, customer service: 1 year (Required), and computer skills: 1 year (Required). Additionally, we prefer dental office management experience, knowledge of Dentrix and Dolphin dental software, CPR-BLS, RDA, or other related dental certifications.
