The Contact Center Training Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patients by designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the Patient Access Center. This includes essential customer service skills, adherence to policies and procedures, and proficiency in relevant systems and applications. This position is vital for the onboarding, training, and continuous development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct training sessions for Patient Access Center personnel
  • Develop orientation programs for new hires
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff
  • Collaborate with various departments to uphold customer service excellence
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all related systems and software
  • Analyze processes for potential automation enhancements
  • Administer competency assessments before and after training
  • Create leadership development programs for supervisors and team leaders
  • Foster an engaging and productive learning environment
  • Ensure compliance with organizational competencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Contact Center environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and facilitation
  • Proficient in PC and software applications
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and writing abilities
  • Skilled in developing engaging training materials
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to tailor training approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles
