Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to gather and verify patient information.
- Initiate patient intakes, schedule appointments, and perform insurance screening and verification processes.
- Register patients, handle customer calls and inquiries, and respond to medical records requests and billing inquiries.
- Prepare reports and maintain department records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of related work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
