Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Crew member at Freewell, Inc. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to our company's standards and presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that our guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our company's health and safety standards.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our restaurant's goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that our guests receive the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job.
