As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and train a team of restaurant staff, including cooks, servers, and cashiers, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
  • Control Costs: Manage labor costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including monitoring customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
