Speech Language Pathologist

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Clinical Therapist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits, and developing personalized treatment plans to improve their communication skills.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify communication needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to patients with a range of communication disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with adults with special needs.
• SLP-CCC certification.
