Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory Fitness. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our brand, and driving sales.

• Greeting and Engaging with Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
• Studio Tours and Introductions: Offer personalized tours of our studio, introducing members to our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, responding to member inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Sales and Retention: Work closely with our sales team to promote our services, upsell, and cross-sell to existing members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to drive brand awareness and attract new members.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, providing a safe and inviting environment for members.
