The Position:


The Brand Engagement Specialist is an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting the Alani Nu and PRIME brands.

Our Field Marketing Team is passionate about these brands and strives to share that enthusiasm with both current and prospective consumers during unique outreach events.

The primary responsibility of a Brand Engagement Specialist is to educate consumers and provide complimentary samples while crafting memorable interactions between the consumer and the brand.

As a Brand Engagement Specialist, you will be the local representative of our national brands. To excel in this role, you should:


Be the Brand Ambassador: During all promotional events, team meetings, and outreach activities, remember that...

Making a positive first impression is crucial; we encourage you to bring your authentic and vibrant self to work each day, using your engaging personality to connect with customers meaningfully.

When representing Alani Nu or PRIME, we expect you to...

Bring a positive and responsible demeanor to work daily

Maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude during outreach events

Exhibit high energy levels during sampling missions

Embody the brand values in every consumer interaction

Be courteous and respectful to all consumers, regardless of the situation

Refrain from eating, smoking, or chewing gum during work hours

Care for the branded vehicle, ensuring its premium appearance inside and out

Become a knowledgeable product and brand expert

Deliver a compelling benefits message during each consumer interaction

Be prepared to address consumer questions and concerns effectively

Understand product benefits and tailor them to individual consumers

Stay informed about Alani Nu and PRIME influencers and social media trends

Contribute ideas and suggestions for future outreach initiatives

  • Be adept at engaging consumers
Utilize your charismatic personality to captivate potential customers.

Be a Social Connector:
Approach diverse individuals and engage them in natural conversations aimed at fostering brand loyalty.

Actively listen to ensure the consumer drives the dialogue.

Serve as an ambassador for Alani Nu and PRIME at all times.

Be ready to share brand information, including relevant links and resources.

Quickly build rapport with consumers through genuine conversation.

Identify future sampling opportunities while interacting with consumers and relay pertinent information to the Field Marketing Specialist or Manager.

Share successes from the field with the Field Marketing Specialist or Manager through engaging photos of consumers enjoying the products.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills

Charismatic and outgoing personality

Flexible Schedule:
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

A mature and responsible approach to work

Good judgment in various situations

Familiarity with the local market is advantageous

Ability to sit for extended periods in the Alani Nu / PRIME vehicle during missions

Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions

Capability to foster a collaborative team environment

Ability to stand and remain active for long durations during sampling events

Essentials:
A reliable mode of transportation with a valid driver's license

Must be at least 21 years old

Ability to proactively engage, educate, and sample products to diverse consumer groups

Part-time, flexible role targeting consumers across various occasions

Must attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings monthly

Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Capability to drive safely and navigate unfamiliar areas in the Alani Nu / PRIME vehicle

Provide accurate recaps of sampling missions, including product sampled and general consumer feedback

Assist in maintaining the Alani Nu / PRIME vehicle and warehouse space

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 lbs of product.


If selected for the Brand Engagement Specialist role, adherence to a uniform and appearance standard reflecting the active lifestyle of the brand will be required. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
