Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand Specialist to join their sales team. We are have an excellent record of sales and customer service and are looking for an individual who can continue to ensure our customers' experiences are world-class. The Brand Specialist will serve as the face of the dealership, helping customers find the perfect Volvo model for them.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position is commission-only. The Brand Specialist can expect to earn $5,000 to $15,000 per month, paid semimonthly. Health and dental benefits options are available along with paid time off, 401k, and training.

Responsibilities:

•Interact with prospective customers, building relationships and providing them with all the information needed to select a Volvo car.

•Introduce prospective customers to new models and features and demonstrate how each can meet their needs.

•Be knowledgeable about Volvo vehicles as well as our competitive landscape.

•Track customer interactions and sales activities, enter them into the Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

•Track inventory and maintain showrooms and presentation areas.

Requirements:

•Minimum two years of sales experience in the automotive industry (preferred).

•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

•Ability to walk the lot regularly.
