Position Summary: The Service Sales Representative focuses on identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities in preventative maintenance services for HVAC systems.

  • Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Increase market presence within existing accounts and develop new client relationships.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets as outlined in the commission plan.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients.
  • Conduct site visits to gather essential information on HVAC units for qualified opportunities.
  • Foster professional relationships both externally and internally through exemplary conduct.
