- Project Coordination: Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to delivery, installation, and dismantling of scaffolding systems. Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability by leading and guiding job site teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication regarding project needs and ensuring the safe and effective utilization of our products and services.
- Financial Oversight: Generate precise and timely invoices for clients. Follow up on overdue accounts while fostering positive relationships.
- Sales Administration: Keep comprehensive records of sales activities and expenditures. Utilize our CRM (Salesforce) to monitor leads, opportunities, and sales progress. Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments.
- Technical Assistance: Offer on-site support to resolve any issues with scaffolding systems that do not meet specifications. Order necessary components and coordinate with job site personnel.
- Market Expansion: Formulate both short-term and long-term strategies to attract new clients and enhance market presence. Conduct quarterly educational sessions to inform clients about BrandSafway's capabilities.
- Safety Promotion: Advocate for a strong safety culture by stressing the importance of proper training and adherence to safety protocols when utilizing our equipment. Ensure clients are informed about all safety features and procedures to minimize risks and enhance worker well-being.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the construction sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Capability to interpret blueprints, comprehend specifications, and prepare accurate estimates.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interactions and sales presentations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing complex information, making informed decisions, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Stationary Work: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time.
- Mobility: This role requires consistent movement throughout the workday.
- Climbing: Occasionally required to ascend or descend ladders or steps at job sites.
- Communication: Ability to convey information and ideas clearly to others. Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations with clients and internal teams.
- Observation: Ability to notice details at close range on the computer or at a distance on job sites.
- Outdoor Exposure: Regularly works in outdoor weather conditions while meeting with clients on job sites.
