About the Role: Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant with Bath Experts, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and award-winning workforce, and a highly motivated team who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in our communities.

  • A flexible schedule and the ability to run up to 3 pre-scheduled appointments each day
  • No cold calling; pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments
  • Through our comprehensive sales training program, you will learn the techniques to:
  • Effectively close sales in your designated territory
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations with homeowners
  • Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progress
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home sales consultations, providing custom design options and estimates for bath remodel projects
  • Demonstrate our products and services to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology
  • Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately
  • Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops (virtual and in-person)
  • Follow up as required with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projects
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
  • Ability to close utilizing a proven sales methodology
  • Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 25lbs
  • Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely
  • Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
