Recruiting Assistant

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiting Assistant:
  • Foster a vibrant and rewarding workplace atmosphere
  • Be the initial point of contact for incoming calls and warmly welcome clients
  • Accurately enter data into the candidate tracking system
  • Conduct pre-screening, applications, and assessments with candidates
  • Develop new business opportunities and enhance relationships with existing clients
  • Consistently achieve and surpass key performance metrics
  • Review timecards for precision
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assessments for candidates
  • Process employment verifications and related documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee the employee recognition program
  • Perform additional duties as required in our field

Requirements for the Recruiting Assistant:
  • Compensation is based on experience
  • A degree of 2 - 4 years is preferred but not mandatory
  • Relevant professional office experience is essential
  • Ability to swiftly and effectively resolve customer service challenges
  • Minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive professional references
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
  • Capability to handle various tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Pass a basic Microsoft Word, data entry, and writing assessment
  • Availability Monday-Friday from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime as necessary
  • Positive attitude with some sales experience or the potential to sell
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines and procedural manuals
  • Intermediate math skills
