IT Program Coordinator


SUMMARY
The IT Program Coordinator will oversee intricate infrastructure initiatives and program management tasks. This role is pivotal for ensuring the success of all projects within the portfolio. The Coordinator will direct the collaboration of various departments to achieve clearly defined objectives while adhering to the agreed timelines, budgets, and specifications for each initiative.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrated expertise in IT project management or proven project management capabilities, including planning, control, and risk assessment.
  • Manage one to three IT projects concurrently, applying project management methodologies to achieve favorable outcomes from initiation to transition.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, fostering consensus and commitment among stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects remain on track and fulfill the requirements outlined in the project scope and charter.
  • Exhibit exceptional facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Oversee all reporting and documentation related to the project.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities diligently.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of business objectives.
  • Consult with management to review project proposals, determining goals, timelines, funding constraints, and resource allocation.
  • Take personal accountability for each project, clearly communicating responsibilities to all team members to ensure understanding and efficiency.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
  • Safeguard the organization's assets and financial data by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control measures and alerting management to potential risks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven history of successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in IT business systems and/or project management.
  • Trained in project management principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in situations without direct oversight.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to collaborate with individuals from diverse functional areas.
