- Enhancement of Recruiting Programs: Contribute to and improve recruiting initiatives while continuously refining processes to boost team performance.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with HR teams, including HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Operations, to meet client and candidate needs.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to support team and organizational goals.
