OVERVIEW

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the comprehensive recruitment strategy to fulfill staffing requirements across various departments within Hibbett Sports. This role collaborates closely with department leaders to proactively address and satisfy the organization’s dynamic talent acquisition needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle
  • Design and execute talent attraction initiatives
  • Stay updated on social media recruitment techniques
  • Facilitate the hiring process and onboarding procedures
  • Communicate relevant information to job candidates
  • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations
  • Coordinate interviews for prospective candidates
  • Engage with hiring leaders to clarify job specifications
  • Identify and select suitable candidates
  • Initiate and promote strategies for attracting diverse talent
  • Conduct follow-up communications with hiring teams and applicants
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and activities
  • Explore innovative candidate sourcing channels
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
  • Monitor alignment of hiring requests with budgetary constraints

SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruitment
  • Preferred background in retail recruitment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
