Position Summary:
The Spa Guest Services Attendant is dedicated to delivering exceptional levels of service while guiding guests through the spa facilities and ensuring a personalized experience.

Greet and engage with guests as they arrive, navigate, and depart from the facility.
Deliver a luxurious experience while fostering engaging conversations with guests and team members.
Ensure that the lounges, communal spa areas, and relaxation zones are tidy, clean, and well-stocked.
Maintain current knowledge of facility offerings, features, and amenities.
Distribute spa lockers, robes, and slippers to guests while providing orientation.
Conduct a comprehensive tour for guests, explaining the amenities available and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visit.
Actively promote the spa's treatments, services, and retail offerings, as well as any ongoing promotions or discounts.
Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest inquiries, following up to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance service delivery.
Uphold all core values and standards set by the organization in both property and department.
Obtain and maintain necessary position-specific certifications.
Utilize personal devices for job-related tasks, including operational duties and document reviews.
Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa.
Capability to work actively throughout the shift, primarily standing and walking.
Attention to detail to guarantee cleanliness and orderliness of the spa at all times.
Knowledge of spa services and amenities to assist with guest inquiries or requests.
Effective communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Ability to acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Preferred:
Experience in a Spa or Salon environment.
Familiarity with spa booking systems.
Knowledge of Opera and/or HotSOS systems.
Prior experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of six months of experience in customer service.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
