The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to all patrons visiting the Spa and Salon at Wynn Las Vegas.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage appointment scheduling through phone and in-person interactions.
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes using the Spa facility's computer system.
- Handle financial transactions efficiently for all guests.
- Provide detailed information regarding treatments and services available at both the Spa and Salon.
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced Spa/Salon or hotel front desk setting is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong telephone communication skills and the capability to manage multiple phone lines.
- Previous experience with cash handling is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
