Job Summary

Medline Industries is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Acute Care sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers in Acute Care facilities within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow targeted accounts and increase sales revenue.
  • Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Medline sales force to identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business conditions within accounts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a Product Specialist, communicating product choices and conducting product evaluations, trials, and in-services with clinicians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience in a business-to-business setting.
  • 2-5 years of medical sales, advanced wound care sales, or successful business-to-business outside sales experience.
  • Comfortable working in a clinical setting and interacting with healthcare providers.
  • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
  • Ability and desire to learn and present multiple product lines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
