Key Responsibilities
  • Community Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high resident satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Human Resources
    • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
    • Implement effective employee recognition and retention programs.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the community budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and drive business growth.
    • Build relationships with community groups and organizations to promote our services.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the community, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Resident and Family Relations
    • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop and implement programs to enhance resident engagement and experience.
  • Environment and Physical Plant
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the community, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
    • Develop and implement plans for capital improvements and renovations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, social work).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in senior living community operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills.
    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with community groups and organizations.
    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior living communities.
