Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration and configuration of all HR information systems, ensuring seamless functionality across HR management, payroll, rewards, learning management, applicant tracking, and case management.
- Collaborate with various departments to recommend best practices for security administration, business process design, and user experience related to HR information systems.
- Oversee the optimal performance of internal HR information systems, including database management, integrity, and security protocols.
- Implement and upgrade HR software and applications to align with evolving business and technological needs.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees regarding HR systems.
- Work closely with business leaders and internal HR teams to identify system enhancements and implement effective solutions.
- Manage user permissions and system settings for administrative and employee service users.
- Develop custom functions such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports to improve system efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for day-to-day support and HR database projects.
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation, data security regulations, and privacy standards.
- Stay informed about trends in data management, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance HR service delivery.
- Document system processing procedures and create training materials for various end users.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report on system-related initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or database administration, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or human resources management.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP, WorkTango, Adobe Learning Manager, and/or Case IQ is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of HR legislation and data protection regulations affecting HR information systems.
- Proven ability to build strong business partnerships and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Strong planning and project management capabilities.
- Experience in creating and delivering virtual presentations and training sessions.
